We also provide postnatal yoga which would help in reducing back pain, shoulder pain, regaining body shape and not gain excessive weight.
Being a national and international yoga athlete champion, I would like to share my yoga knowledge, asana positions and competition level suggestions to my students, where they can improve themselves to be a perfect yoga athlete, and give the performance well at yoga competitions.
