Our Prenatal Yoga Class offers a safe, restorative Yoga practice with Pranayama and Asanas which are appropriate for pregnancy. The class provides gentle exercise for pregnant women and stretches & tones the body in preparation for childbirth. We provide customized prenatal yoga which would help in increasing the chances of a normal delivery with reduced pain, balance hormonal variations and normalize thyroid functions, blood-pressure, strengthen the pelvic area, shoulder, spine and avoid gestational diabetes. We also provide postnatal yoga which would help in reducing back pain, shoulder pain, regaining body shape and not gain excessive weight.
